My dear Blogger friends: for almost a month till date i am unable to post any blogs. I also missed visiting all your wonderful blogs and yummy recipes too. My  mother visited my place after almost a decade and we were all too excited to make her visit a memorable one and especially i was too engrossed in making her visit a comfortable one. Candied Pineapple

We purchased a Huge Pineapple from the market. It looks so fresh, suddenly i thought to make some thing different with this fruit.This is the idea of making with this fruit. Ingredients: Pineapple pieces            1 cup Sugar                             11/2 cup Water                            1 cup Method: Heat sugar and water in high flame mix well for few min. After sugar dissolved well in water turn flame in to medium heat. Then slowly add pineapple pieces in to sugar solution and cook for 10 to 15 min Till pineapple pieces turn into crystal color. Turn off the flame and keep it to be  cool. After it become cool store it in glass jar. No need to refrigerate I am sending this recipe to Rupali host of this event  and created by Priya

Sandwiches are all time favorite in our home.I have to give credits to my husband and  my sons.They love to experiment with vegetables and cheese.  My today's great post is our home Sunday break fast delicacy: Classic Vegetable Grilled Sandwich. Ingredients: Brown bread           6 slices Potato (big)             1 (cook for 4min on high power in microwave)(remove skin and mash it in a bowl) Corinader chutney   1 cup(fresh cleaned 200g coriander leaves,small ginger piece,2 green chillies blend well in blender and add little salt,lemon juice and mix well)  Butter                     20g Method: Take bread slices and cut sides carefully. Aloo(potato) bajji or Aloo Pakoda is a mouth watering dish, which is enjoyed alike by children as well as grown-ups. Aloo Bajji is an evening snack. Its an excellent remedy for dull mood or boredom . It is very easy to make. Actually, any one of the following vegetables can be used to make the Bajji- potato, cauliflower, onion, plantain, egg-plant or even bread. Today I am presenting to you my version of Aloo(potato) Bajji with vegetable salad and ginger chutney.
