Candied Pineapple
We purchased a Huge Pineapple from the market. It looks so fresh, suddenly i thought to make some thing different with this fruit.This is the idea of making with this fruit.

Ingredients:
- Pineapple pieces 1 cup
- Sugar 11/2 cup
- Water 1 cup
Method:
- Heat sugar and water in high flame mix well for few min.
- After sugar dissolved well in water turn flame in to medium heat.
- Then slowly add pineapple pieces in to sugar solution and cook for 10 to 15 min
- Till pineapple pieces turn into crystal color.
- Turn off the flame and keep it to be cool.
- After it become cool store it in glass jar.
- No need to refrigerate
