Candied Pineapple

We purchased a Huge Pineapple from the market. It looks so fresh, suddenly i thought to make some thing different with this fruit.This is the idea of making with this fruit.



Ingredients:
  1. Pineapple pieces            1 cup
  2. Sugar                             11/2 cup
  3. Water                            1 cup
Method:
  1. Heat sugar and water in high flame mix well for few min.
  2. After sugar dissolved well in water turn flame in to medium heat.
  3. Then slowly add pineapple pieces in to sugar solution and cook for 10 to 15 min
  4. Till pineapple pieces turn into crystal color.
  5. Turn off the flame and keep it to be  cool.
  6. After it become cool store it in glass jar.
  7. No need to refrigerate
