Sunnundalu Sweet is a very popular delicacy from Andhra Pradesh,India. Generally this dish is prepared using home made Paneer or Chena.  Today I am going to show you the method of making Ras Malai... Ingredients for Paneer and Ras Malai: Milk    500ml  Lemon juice 1/2 lemon Sugar     1 cup water      2 cups water Pressure cooker Ingredients for Ras malai: Milk       1 cup Condenced milk 1 cup (I used here Amul mithai mate,we can use Nestle (sweetened)condensed milk also) Cardamom 3  (make it powder) Almonds       4 (Soak in water for 2 hours and remove skin and cut into long pieces) Safron is optional Method for making Paneer: Boil milk in a heavy bottomed pan on a medium flame.
