Grape Juice

Now a days in India fruit vendors are selling varieties of  fresh seasonal  and imported fruits.Today i  bought  this beautiful purple grapes from fruit market.We know Grapes are very good for health. That too this wonder fruit juice gives us quick energy.And it supports  healthy cholesterol levels.

 Method of making this wonderful fruit juice.


Grape juice



For 2 people:

Ingredients:

  1. Grapes                 200g
  2. Water                   2 cups
  3. Honey                  1/2 cup
  4. Salt                      a pinch
  5. Lemon juice         2 tea spoons
Method:

  1. Clean grapes well under tap water. Then remove seeds from grapes(we can use seeds less grapes also)
  2. Now blend these grapes well. Then add water and blend again.
  3. Then strain this juice with the strainer into a wide bowl and add honey,salt and lemon juice into it.
  4. Serve chilled.
