Boiled Noodles topped with Sauted Vegetable

Today I am posting simple and healthy recipe Noodles topped with Sauted vegetables.
Here I used Knor snoopy noodles 250g pak.

  1. Nooddles                  250g
  2. Water                       500g
  3. Red Bell pepper          1
  4. Yellow Bell pepper     1
  5. Green Capsicum          1
  6. Onion                          1
  7. Tomato                        1
  8. Carrot                          1 small (grated)
  9. Cabbage leaves           3
  10. Lime juice                    1/2 lemon
  11. Ginger                        a small piece cut into long dices
  12. Tomato ketchup        1 table spoon
  13. Salt                           1 tea spoon
  14. Pepper                      1 tea spoon
  15. Sesame oil                 1 tea spoon

  1. Cut all vegetable into long pieces.
  2. Heat Kadai or Pan add Sesame oil, after oil heats add onions,green chillies and ginger in a high flame saute well.Turn heat in to medium flame.
  3. Now add remaining vegetables and mix well then add tomato ketchup,salt and pepper saute well in high flame for 2 min. Then turn off the flame and keep aside.
  4. Now boil water in a big vessel,when water comes boiling point add noodles and mix well and cook till noddles become soft.Turn off flame.
  5. Remove excess water from noodles with the help of stainless steel strainer.
  6. Take these noodles in a separate bowl add sauted vegetables and mix well.
  7. Serve in a serving bowl or plate.
