Khatta Meetha Nimbu Achar

This is one of the best non spicy Sweet and Sour Lemon Pickle.









Ingredients :

  1. Lemon                1 kg
  2. Salt                     250g
  3. Ajwain                15g.
  4. Redchilli powder  1 tbs
  5. Black salt             1 tbs
  6. Sugar                   250g
Method:

  1. Mix Salt,Ajwain,Red chilli powder,Black salt and Sugar in a wide bowl.
  2. Slit each lemon into four and fill in masala.
  3. Put these filled Lemons in dry glass jar.
  4. And leave it in sun for 10 days.
  5. It will turn brown in color with  in a month.

  2. Hi Priya nice to know you like this Pickle.Already we used normal salt in this pickle,so no need to add extra normal salt in this pickle.Actually black salt will give pungent taste and nice aroma to this pickle.If it is not available in your area You can avoid black salt.
