Sweet coconut flavored Puffed rice


I love Puffed rice.It is a quick and easily digestive snack for children and adults also.Today i tried this sweet version of Puffed rice.I tasted sweet flavored popcorns in different places.I thought why don't we try with puffed rice.This is the result.





Ingredients and Method:

 Heat Pan  melt 1 tea spoon salted butter in a high flame add 1 cup of Puffed rice in this pan  saute well for 2 min.and turn of the flame. 
 Heat 1/3 piece of chocolate in a thick bottomed vessel melt for 1 min.in a high flame. 
Now take butter coated fried puffed rice  in this chocolate vessel mix well with wooden ladle.

 .Sweet and Coconut and chocolate flavored Puffed rice is ready to eat.
