Ingredients :
2 " piece orange peel (fresh)
1/2 to 3/4 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds
1 tsp ghee/ clarified butter
a handful of freshly grated coconut
Curd/ plain yogurt - as required
Salt to taste

For tempering :
2 tsp ghee/ clarified butter
3/4 tsp mustard seeds
1 whole dry red chilli
a few curry leaves
