Maysore-Pak Mysore Pak is Sweet Fudge made with Chickpea flour, Clarified butter and Sugar. This sweet is usually very popular in most South Indian homes. Deepavali (Festival of lights ) is an important festival for Hindus in India. This year Deepavali is on 26th of October '11. I'v started my preparation of Deepavali Sweet with Mysore Pak. This being my 100th post I thought to share this wonderful sweet with all my friends. Enjoy.
