Dal Fry Dal Fry is a comfort and rich Tur dal (split  pigeon   peas lentil) recipe from northern part of India. It is a simple,tasty and delicious side dish,  goes well with  piping hot steamed rice or Indian flat breads.  Preparation time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes Serve 4.
